The four competitive swimming strokes

PostHeaderIcon I’d like to get back into competitive swimming. Any tips?

I’ve been swimming for as long as I remember. I used to compete when I was a lot younger, and I’d like to get back into it. But it’s been a LONG time! I’m not sure I know what I’m getting myself into :) I’m 13, and I’m sorta concerned that I might be a little behind everyone else. Any tips for competiting? Thanks!
